The HSG-GMN-V-E/N cutter is a “Semi-automatic cutter” with several possible optional functionalities.
While the “heat cutter/blade” is moved manually with smaller tools, this is done with semi-automatic
cutting equipment by means of a “pneumatic cylinder”. The material is positioned under “the blade”
or “combined tool” and the “cutting action” is activated by a “hand- or foot control” (switch).
The “material” is manually pulled forward to the desired length, which can then be checked with a tape
measure or with an adjustable end-stop. With the following cut the first section is trimmed on both ends
while the first edge of the next section is trimmed. This means, with each cycle one section is completely trimmed.

This compact professional cutter features a horizontally positioned blade, a quick-change system for the
blade, a protective cover with a nozzle for suction, foot control and a heating transformer with separate
infinitely adjustable temperature control.

With this Semi-automatic cutter, several different functions
can be assembled in a kind of combined tool, namely:
– Diagonal cuts
– Shaped cuts
– Perforation-cuts

– Swivel device for alternative “rectangular/diagonal” cuts with adjustable cutting angle
