Polystyrene cutter – 1800 Watt
HSGM STYRO-CUT-SFS/E

The HSGM STYRO-CUT-SFS/E is a professional cutter specially designed to cut
very large boards & blocks made of Polystyrene Foam also known as Styrofoam,
EPS, XPS, Tempex, ISOMO, Blue Board, Rigid Foam and other comparable insulating
materials by using a heated cutting wire.

This powerful stable and user-friendly cutter is very suitable for cutting, separating
processing and modelling Polystyrene material in single- or serial production.

The transformer housing (see photo: 2) is made of plastic-coated sheet steel and is
mobile by wheels. With this industrial Heavy Duty cutter you easily cut through
large material with a maximum length of 180 cm (71 inch).

Because this professional cutter is equipped with 2 High current Dinse-sockets
(HK1 & HK2) for connection with Dinse-plugs you have the following connection-options:

2 Cutting brackets using at the same time, or
2 SFS-handle/cutters for modelling using at the same time, or
1 Cutting bracket & 1 SFS- handle/cutter for modeling using at the same time.

You can use this cutter in two ways, namely with the Bracket with cutting wire, where you
can choose from 7 various sizes of cutting brackets with the following dimensions (see photo 3).

You can choose from 5 different diameters of cutting wire, namely:
Ø 0.8 mm – Ø 1.0 mm – Ø 1.6 mm Ø 2.2 mm – Ø 3.0 mm, which you can
cut to the right length with pliers and then bend into the desired shape.

Furthermore, it is also possible to design Customized Cutting Brackets
to your specific wishes & dimensions (Custom-Made).
